If we focus on designing how we want all areas of life to be and how we can integrate them together that works for all the family, it really helps. For me, I don't want work to balance with what is most important to me (and I love my home business). I want it to serve and support me in living the life I want and protecting what is most important - quality of life, family life, relationships. I think it helps to focus on “design” rather than “balance”. For me, I don’t want work to balance with what is most important to me (and I love my home business). I want it to serve and support me in living the life I want and protecting what is most important – quality of life, family life, relationships.
